maintenance, home sales or rental, relocation,
travel and personal shopping. Explore appropriate
options for future long-term care. Develop and
maintain a network of supportive friends, family,
professionals, and community helpers.

care not only provides exactly the kind
of care you or a loved one need, but the extent
of care, as well. Sometimes a helping hand with
home health care from a certified nursing
assistant, such
as bathing and dressing is all it takes. For a
seriously iII patient, a qualified Registered
Nurse will administer the highest and most
