we are here. CareOne's office is open
seven days a week, 24 hours a day. As part of our
service, we work with other Health professionals responsible for your care.

Homemakers
Help keep your environment healthy, prepare meals and run errands for you.
Homemaker services are general household activities provided in the home to assist and/or instruct an individual in a household when the person is unable to manage the home for him/herself or when the individual primarily responsible is absent or unable to perform such activities. Hands-on personal care such as bathing, dressing, toileting or assisting with ambulation is not permitted (clients who need these services can use our PCA services).
This services includes but is not limited to changing linens, correspondence, dishwashing, light housekeeping, laundry, meal planning and preparation, mending, shopping, communication of health or other problems and money management by bonded personnel.

Live-ins
12-hour or 24-hour live-in aide to help keep your environment healthy, prepare meals and run errands for you.

Companions/Sitters
Staff to keep you company when your loved ones are not around. They make your time alone more independent.
Companion Services are home-based supervision and monitoring activities, which assist and/or instruct an individual in maintaining a safe environment for him/herself or when the person primarily responsible for monitoring and supervising is absent or unable to perform such activities.
This services includes but is not limited to escorting a client to recreational activities or to necessary medical, dental, business appointments, reading to a client, reminding a client to take self-administered medicatins, calls and written communications, supervising or monitoring a client during the self performance of activities of daily living such as meal preparation and consumption, dressing, personal hygiene, laundry and simple household chores, and reporting changes in a client's needs or condition.

Private Care Assistants
Assisting clients with tasks that the individual would typically do for himself/herself in the absence of a disability. Such tasks may be performed at home or in the community.
Services include physical or verbal assistance in accomplising any Activity of Daily Living (ADL) or Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL). ADL's include bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring and feeding. Personal Care Assistants may be selected and trained by the client, client family or client representative.
Services can be hourly, overnight or 24 hours.

be in contact with the paitient and family to
monitor their care and concerns. You can be
confident you or your loved one will receive

We believe that every homecare client is a
unique individual, to be treated with utmost
respect and kindness. Before assigning a home caregiver
to your loved one, our Case Manager first makes a home visit to evaluate
the your needs. By matching the patient's needs to the appropriate level
of care, unnecessary costs are eliminated, and your loved one
gets precisely the care they need.
